Ron D’Aversa founded Central Development Corporation in 1981 focused on building manufactured home product by Wausau Homes. Wausau Homes consist of panelized construction built on customer owned lots. The company expanded to encompass all phases of construction as a complete turnkey operation for its prospective buyers. Central Development sold and/or constructed well over 300 manufactured homes since opening our doors.

Central Development expanded into land development with responsibilities ranging from land acquisition, site development and construction management within DuPage and Kane Counties. We are also involved in Commercial Development and Remodeling for Real Estate and Property Management Companies, manage and maintain Retail, Office and Medical Facilities as well.
